No, SSP is not distributor for Kemtron LTD. We manufacture our own EMI gasket materials and fabricate our own products, which include molded or bonded EMI O-rings, bulk extrusions, custom cut parts, and custom molded parts.

A Kemtron EMI gasket is manufactured by Kemtron LTD, which is now part of TE Connectivity. SSP makes alternatives to Kemtron materials and can cut or mold the EMI gaskets that you need.
Does SSP offer alternatives to EMI gasket materials made by other manufacturers?
Yes. In addition to alternatives to Kemtron LTD products, SSP makes offset to EMI gasket materials from Parker Chomerics (CHO-SEAL), Nolato Jabar, and W.L. Gore (GORE-SHIELD). Â
Do SSP's Kemtron offsets meet MIL-DTL-83528 requirements?
Many of SSP’s offsets to Nolato Jabar EMI shielding materials meet MIL-DTL-83528 requirements, a U.S. military specification for electrically conductive elastomeric gaskets that provide specific levels of EMI shielding.
Importantly, the MIL-DTL-83528 conductive silicones that SSP manufactures and fabricates are part of the M83528 Qualified Products List (QPL) from the Defense Logistics Agency, which is part of the U.S. Department of Defense.
That’s right. We’re not just a distributor. SSP can also fabricate EMI gaskets in standard (e.g., M83528) or custom sizes, including EMI O-rings.
