D-Sub Connector Gaskets
SSP makes D-sub connector gaskets that provide EMI/RFI shielding and environmental sealing for D-subminiature connectors. We offer low-to-medium volumes and fast turnaround times.
As a vertically integrated manufacturer, SSP makes its own EMI/RFI shielding silicones, machines tooling in-house, and fabricates products in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in Ballston Spa, New York (USA).
What is a D-Sub Connector Gasket?
A D-sub connector gasket provides sealing and shielding between a D-subminiature connector and its mating surface. They create an electrically conductive, low-resistance bridge between the connector’s metal shell and the mounting panel. This prevents electrical noise from interfering with data transmission.
D-Sub Connector Gasket Sizes
D-sub connector gasket sizes correspond to pin configurations and shell sizes. Dimensions are typical and may be wider if the gasket accounts for mounting holes.
