Specialty Silicone Products (SSP) will showcase its EMI shielding and military and aerospace silicones at G/C Expo 2026 from March 25-27, 2026, at The Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. SSP’s elastomers meet tough specifications and are available as sheets, rolls, extrusions, and moldable compounds. SSP also fabricates EMI gaskets and EMI O-rings.
Gary Falchi, Business Development Specialist, and Taylor Smith, Research Development Chemist, will represent SSP. The Gasketing/Converting Expo (G/C Expo) is held once every two years and is where suppliers and fabricators connect. “There is no better, inter-industry networking event for companies in the gasket, converting, and material supplier market,” says Falchi.
G/C Expo is sponsored by the Gasket Fabricators Association (GFA), of which SSP is a member.
EMI Shielding Silicones
SSP’s EMI shielding silicones combine environmental sealing with shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI). Fabricators like SSP’s low minimum order quantities and short turnaround times. Products include offsets to Parker Chomerics CHO-SEAL, Nolato Jabar, and W.L. Gore materials.

Military and Aerospace Silicones
SSP also makes non-conductive military and aerospace silicones that meet specifications from the U.S. military and the aerospace industry. These elastomers are available with a full Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every batch. Products include non-conductive space-grade silicones.

EMI Gaskets and EMI O-Rings
SSP is more than a material manufacturer. We also fabricate EMI gaskets and EMI O-rings from the shielding silicones that we make.
- EMI gaskets can be compression molded, flash cut, or die cut.
- EMI O-rings are compression molded as a single piece or fabricated from cut lengths of extrusions where we join the ends with electrically conductive silicone adhesive
As a vertically integrated manufacturer, SSP has an in-house toolroom where we machine molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures. We also have an in-house quality assurance (Q&A) laboratory.
