Here are some of the silicone properties that we’ve customized.

• Hardness of the rubber…we can design something very soft (10 durometer) to hard (80 durometer)
• Blending of different conductive fillers to deliver the most cost effective, yet conductive material for your application with low minimum requirements (typically around 5 lbs.)
• Custom colors are available
• We can tailor the formula for optimum curing/processing to fit your manufacturing process (if you are looking to buy compound and process it yourself)
• Can calendar silicone in continuous rolls up to 15” wide and at thicknesses ranging from .005” to .250”
