SSP offered to formulate a specialty silicone material and absorb the cost of a small prototype tool. In less than a month, our chemist developed a working formula for an aerospace silicone that passed MIL-SPEC testing and met additional requirements. In less than six weeks, SSP provided a low volume of custom molded sample parts.
