Custom Silicone Products

Specialty Silicone Products (SSP) has developed hundreds of custom solutions for our customers and would love to help you. Whether it be a custom silicone rubber formula or a custom molded part, we can work with you to design a product that meets your requirements. Below are some of the common parameters/properties we have helped customers with:

• Hardness of the rubber…we can design something very soft (10 durometer) to hard (80 durometer)
• Blending of conductive different fillers to deliver the most cost effective, yet conductive material for your application with low minimum requirements (typically around 5 lbs)
• Custom colors are available
• We can tailor the formula for optimum curing/processing to fit your manufacturing process (if you are looking to buy compound and process it yourself)
• Can calendar silicone in continuous rolls up to 15” wide and at thicknesses ranging from .005” to .250”
