Ready-to-Fabricate EMI Materials
SSP makes EMI/RFI shielding silicones that are available with lower minimum order quantities (MOQs) and shorter lead times than you’ll find elsewhere. Compare our materials to Parker Chomerics CHO-SEAL®, Nolato Jabar, and W.L. Gore products.

Ready-to-Install EMI Products
SSP fabricates EMI gaskets and EMI O-rings from the shielding silicones we manufacture at our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility. Because we have our own in-house toolroom, SSP can build the molds, dies, jigs, or fixtures that your project needs – and without long wait times.
Visit SSP in Booth 612 and learn how our EMI gaskets can be flash cut, die cut, or compression molded. Along with EMI waveguide gaskets and EMI connector gaskets, we offer shielding gaskets in M83528 slash sizes.
SSP also offers EMI O-rings that are molded as a single piece or cut and bonded from the EMI extrusions that we make. There are advantages to both methods, and SSP works with military and civilian customers who are replacing standard O-rings with electrically conductive ones.
