EMI RFI Conductive O-Rings made of Silver-Aluminum Fluorosilicone

Specialty Silicone Products (SSP) makes conductive EMI RFI O-rings from silver-aluminum fluorosilicone SSP2486-70. SSP extrudes the cords, makes the tooling, and uses a bonding method that reduces the risk of EMI leakage and eliminates the “hard spot” found in other conductive gaskets.

SSP2486-70 is a 70-durometer (Shore A), electrically-conductive fluorosilicone compound that’s filled with silver-plated aluminum particles, meets the requirements of MIL-DTL-83528C Type D, and is QPL listed.
