Sheets with different thicknesses require different tooling, which can also add to lead times and costs. Using our in-house CNC equipment, however, SSP can create new tooling with short leads times at low cost or no cost. Continuous Rolls of EMI Silicones
In addition to compression-molded sheets, SSP offers continuous rolls of EMI shielding silicones that are produced and cured continuously. SSP can manufacture 1000 ft. per day – the equivalent of 600 standard 15-in. x 20-in. sheets – with short lead times. SSP’s EMI elastomer roll stock ranges in width from 1 to 15 inches to support production with minimal material waste. For material converters and gasket fabricators who specialize in high-volumes, continuous rolls are an especially cost-effective choice.
