80-Durometer Nickel-Graphite FLUOROSILICONE

SSP-502F-80 is an 80-durometer (Shore A), electrically-conductive fluorosilicone that’s filled with nickel-coated graphite particles and designed for harsh environments with solvents and fuels. This very conductive elastomer from Specialty Silicone Products (SSP) is supplied as a ready-to-mold compound; fully cured, conductive sheet stock; continuous extrusion profiles; and, for some formulations, continuous rolls.

EMI SHIELDING AND ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY 

SSP-502F-80 has a typical shielding effectiveness that’s greater than 113 dB at 100 MHz to 10 GHz (E-Field), and tested according to MIL-G-83528. A full third-party test report is available. SSP 502F-80 provides shielding performance levels that are comparable to silver-filled elastomers. This particle-filled fluorosilicone is dark gray in color with a thermal stability range of –55° C to 200° C.
